I don’t believe in tens of confusing and flashy named packages and strive to as the saying goes, “Do what it says on the tin” So here they are!
If you are new to Whole Food Plant Based Nutrition, then I recommend a block of sessions. This is not only cheaper for you, but would give you more comprehensive knowledge and coaching to give you the tools to sustain a heathy lifestyle long-term.

1:1 Coaching
For the “block of sessions” it is ideal that up to the first 4 sessions are 2 weeks apart but there can be some flexibility around this.
Block of sessions include:
Each session is one hour in length with lifestyle recommendations with explanations of the science and reasons behind them
A handout after each session with the recommendations
A two-week meal plan
Opportunity to discuss barriers and how to minimise them and ask any questions
Twice weekly accountability
A FREE HALF HOUR session, ONE MONTH after the end of the block of sessions
ONE OFF hour long 1:1 session: includes 1 week meal plan and recommendations handout

Group Sessions
I run group sessions at various times throughout the year.
Suitable for: Weight reduction, improving cholesterol, type II diabetes, pre-diabetes, fatty liver disease, heart disease, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, and PCOS and good for anyone that would like peer support.
I also run a group specifically for menopausal health.
Each package includes:
Group size no larger than 10 people
Run over 3 months:

4 one-hour fortnightly sessions, week 1, 3, 5 and 7

For all my sessions, I will ask you to fill put a detailed lifestyle history which I would ideally like to be submitted at least 2 days prior to our session in order to provide you more tailored and detailed advice and recommendations.
